We hope you’re as excited as we are to embark on this adventure through two countries with rich and storied histories, cultures, and myths! Prepare to get flavor-blasted by Greek gyros, Neapolitan pizza, fresh seafood, cacio e pepe, carbonara, and the best gelato you’ve ever tasted. Witness the intersection of ancient and modern life in the bustling streets of Athens and Rome. Walk where everyday Greeks and Romans walked. See the remains of these people’s homes, temples, baths, and markets, which are all that remain to tell the stories of non-elites.
