Hello from the sunny island of Naxos!

Students enjoyed a nice morning at a cooking class where students explored a traditional Greek farm. Students learned how to make tomato fritters, Greek cheese bread and stuffed vegetables. Students loved seeing a Mediterranean farm and getting to know all of the fresh fruits and vegatables that are grown there!

They especially enjoyed the fresh plums handpicked by “Papou” himself.

After a long lunch, we headed down to the port of Naxos, where students were able to enjoyed a nice Catamaran cruise. Students loved being able to jump in the clear water and swim followed by a traditional Greek dinner and sunset at sea.

  
The following morning we were up early to hike up an old Venetian Castle and explore its history with the help of a local guide. We enjoyed some incredible views of the Naxian countryside.

After the hike, we enjoyed the beach together and had dinner together watching the sunset.
